At INKA SWAG, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please review our return and refund policy below before making a purchase:

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

• Exceptions for damaged or flawed products: If your item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

• Upon review, we will either:

  • Issue a full refund back to your original payment method.

   

• Eligibility requirements:

  -The request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • You must provide clear photo or video evidence of the flaw or defect.

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition (aside from the defect).

   

We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet these requirements.
